Dr. Nobbinger should not be treating COVID patients. My aunt died because of his lack of concern. She should have received the infusion, but because she trusted him she waited, and never received it. Mary Jordan didn't have to die.

I NEVER thought I’d write a poor review on Dr Novinger’s office but May will make a year that I have been trying to get a simple MRI of my spine, insurance denied the initial claim because they wanted me to do PT. I began PT but the therapist said I need an MRI to insure I have the correct treatment. I switched insurance in order to get the MRI approved and today has made the 10th call I’ve made since June or July including the 3 recent ones since I’ve changed my insurance for them to send a request to have my MRI approved. Twice the lady has been out of the office so someone else took my new information and said they’d send it up and have her call me when she’s back in the office. NOBODY CALLED ME over a course of a few months to let me know ANYTHING. I called once again today and the lady STILL had my old information so the new information had not been given to her yet and still NOBODY called to say hey this insurance is not going through did you change insurance, NOTHING! So had I not called AGAIN I would never have known. May will make a year I have been trying desperately to get this MRI, now the only information they have on my PT to send up is old and so the possibility of getting denied AGAIN is great. I have been going to Dr Novinger since I was a little girl and he is an EXCELLENT DOCTOR! I cannot stress that enough, HOWEVER they either need more help in this office, better communication skills, or better office staff, or all of the above. Because at this point I just want to change my doctor and there is nobody else in Cheraw that I’d let touch me. This is why people travel away from here for health care, it’s a small city yes but people don’t treat you like they’d treat themselves and a hurt back is no joke. I’m highly disappointed in this office, despite this pandemic ppl still have real issues that don’t include covid. Please do better!

Excellent Doctor, Dr. Novinger and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful,caring individuals; always putting the patient first. I am so blessed to have Dr. Novinger as my physician.

Dr. Novinger has been very good to me I recommend him all the time I’ve been seeing him for 6 years I’m happy with him and his staff I would rate him better than any of the doctors around here

Dr. Novinger causes the patient to feel comfortable in a health crisis as he reassures the goal is to find the best means to help. He listens and makes the help a reality, giving hope to those he may not have realized had none when they walked through his door. Dr. Novinger is literally a lifesaver
