I took my daughter to urgent care in the Chester SC location and the staff was amazing! Laura I think it’s how you spell her name. She checks everyone in when you u walk in, was just so worried wonderful to my daughter and I. With them being so busy right now and more traffic in and out she was very patient and kind to us. We didn’t have mask and she was very kind to give me 2. The ladies in the back were super nice and took care of my daughter as well. Laura stood out toMe though, and just wanted to let her know I hope I always come into contact with her when and if I have to come back.

***edit*** I couldn't find a way to reply but I emailed the person you mentioned at yesterday evening and never got a response....this was about 19hrs before you responded to my original review and suggested I email her. I took my daughter here in June and received a bill for $490 for 1 Dr visit. I called my insurance company and was told lowcountry never submitted a claim. The only bill I received was the one dated August first and it had a due date of August 16th. It was labeled as a "final notice before further action". These people are slack. I had to go back inside after leaving the appointment because they forgot to perscribe one of her medicines. My advice is only use them if you have no other option.

I go in for a bug/spider bite. Dr. C. Johnson just looked at the location and said it looks like skin cancer and you need to see a skin specialist. She did give a script for Sulfamethoxaz

Very pleasant and very professional. I'm not a fan of having to go to the doctor ( who is?). I really appreciate how well I was taken care of and they answered all my questions.

This was my first visit with this Urgent Care. The staff is very caring and welcoming. The visit was extremely fast, I did not have to wait long. I would highly recommend anyone to go here.
