I like the Dr. Im currently seeing the service is soo slow I had an appointment at 345 still sitting waiting to be seen at 430 Ridiculous we have to be on time for our appointment butThey are late seeing us

I really like Dr. Biester but every time I try to make an appointment over the phone they hang up on me tell me to call back or just wont answer and when I go in to make an appointment they tell me to call and make one.

Slow service from front desk and nurses are not really great. Walked in at 3 for an appointment at 330 and waited over a hour with no one in the waiting room. Smh big time.

the ladies at the desk have horrible attitudes I’ve walked in at 8 am and refused to be seen twice.
