Aimee Duffy's Online Review Report Card

First of all this provider is stuck up. I had a phone call set up for 1030am today. She had called my husband’s cell phone since that was the number registered as I am often unable to reach my phone. He was going to introduce us as he sometimes talks on my behalf, while I am present in the first thing out of her mouth was, if now is not a good time we can schedule another day. When I said no, today is fine she said well in a few sentences you can tell me what’s going on and then she will decide whether or not I am worthy enough to be taken care of my husband and I looked at each other since I had her on speakerphone in my assumption that I was having the consultation with my husband included was OK since I had never had any issues in the past with other providers. She would not acknowledge my husband and it came off as lack nothing but rude and judgmental . I disconnected the call and put my husband and myself looked at each other Very confused and discouraged as to why provider would state only a couple of sentences per question was allowed instead of actually listening in detail of my questions and concerns, and how to approach treatment. I was being talked down to as if I were a child. I had been waiting for 2 months for this phone call In helps I could better my health and overall mindset. No bedside manner and nothing but continuous email reminders. I was wrong for putting any trust into this provider. 0/0 recommend. Don’t waste your money, go elsewhere!

She gives a lot of time and attention. Listens carefully. Works to treat the underlying cause of your symptoms. Explains everything clearly. Dr. Duffy and staff are caring and friendly.

I have been seeing Dr. Duffy for over 6 years and I feel so fortunate to have her as my doctor. She's smart, thorough and very willing to listen. She has been there for me, literally through sickness and health and she's very special.
