Dr. Metcalf is an amazing doctor! After years of trying to get the right medication for my needs, she put me on the road to recovery! I’ll never forget the first time I left her office. I was overwhelmed with joy that someone actually cared. I was crying! I will for ever be her patient and I will always be great full for her!

She dismissed both my son and I when my son and I both begged her for help since she was our primary doctor! Her referals are as awful as her!

this woman forgets what she puts in your record, takes forever, neglects you when you need a doctor or advice, and will never apologize! She will turn on you, put one thing on the chart and another on a different chart! I asked for advice or help with my ribs (old injury) and my son begged her to help me since she was our doctor just to be ignored over a week and then I asked if she was heartless and she cancelled mine and my son's appointments and sent a letter for us to find another doctor!! She claims to be Christian but she is ruthless! And none of her referrals helped me! She is awful!

She is deeply missed as a medical provider in Shoreview, Minnesota. One of the best. You don't find doctors who spend as much time with their patients. Thoroughly goes over details about test results. Non-judgmental. Good communicator (speaker, listener). Empathetic. I still haven't found my equivalent replacement PCP whom I feel as comfortable with in managing my care. Hopefully in time. Entrust your family in the care of Dr. Metcalf. You won't regret it.
