I wish I could give this place a ZERO The doctors are OK. However the nurses and front desk females are horrible and just down right rude

We have had bad experiences with how rude the front desk ladies and nurses are. Treated awful by them. Doctors don’t seem to know how to treat our baby either.

I would put zero stars if it was a choice the nurses are extremely rude and they are horrible to the kids They never have any available appointments my daughter has only been here for shots any other time we have to go to urgent care

Doctor Jenkins is amazing first off but here recently it’s been nothing but hectic. Asked to be referred for my son to have a test for autism they sent us to one in greenwood and I didn’t like the way they treated my son. They was suppose to send one to Greenville well about 2 months ago I called and it wasn’t sent the lady had to send it after already waiting 6 months for a call I’ll be waiting even longer now. The last thing they did was on 101520 I asked for a hearing test because my son is turning 3 and he needed a hearing test done before then so he can go to school to continue with his speech well today is his 3rd birthday and never never got it done. I love doctor Jenkins but since they have gotten the new doctors it’s went down hill and I have no choice but to withdrawal him and his sister from hometown. I understand that his needs my not be important to y’all but very important to me and my family. All we needed was a hearing referral for Laurens sc ent not greenwood not Greenville.

Refrigerator for the immunizations wasnt at the right temperature AGAIN. My baby got to get the same shots ALL over again.

immunization shots we ruined due to power outage and waited 3 weeks for my son to be rescheduled for his shots finally I just took him elsewhere.
