List of Self Regional Healthcare's Reviews
I went there about 5 different times during Covid 2020, and they were great everytime. the rating of this place had is COMPLETELY unrepresentative of the true quality this place is
Doctor tell you one thing and when you come back forgets what she said and told you, then acts like it's not important! And the whole time talking to you smacking on chewing gum! Very unprofessional lady! Then didn't want to give me a doctor's excuse note which she told me of wasn't feeling better to call and then come in the next day and get retested!
I do not recommend this place. Valerie the receptionist is rude. Amy the office manager is no help at all. Too much to write of our experience there. Just trust me and read all the reviews. You'll want to find another place.
I gave them two start because I used to love coming to this urgent care when me and my children needed to be seen. They were always fast and extremely nice. This particular visit went down the drain as soon as I walked in the door. All of the nurses and etc were so helpful but the lady at the desk is RUDE! My son needed to be seen, I had to get off of work and take him in, unfortunately didn’t have his insurance card because his father had it and was at work. I had everything else, when I told her this she instantly became frustrated and you could see it all over her face, not to mention she roller her eyes, shook her head and said “S***” in front of my two year old child and other children in the waiting room. I don’t usually do things like this and everyone else inside of the office was very much nice and welcoming, but this lady needs to find a different career! People just is not her thing.
Old woman at check in is RUDE!! As soon as I walked in she had an attitude and was very snappy. Her whole demeanor screamed “I don’t want to work”. They didn’t have rapid testing which is fine but I still need the test and she had the worst attitude like it was a big deal to check my child in. I will NEVER go back as long as that woman is there. I understand their is a shortage when it comes to employees but you don’t have to keep the ones who won’t work!
The Dr is a great dr. But you can call this office and stay on hold for 30-45 minutes or longer because I hung up.
the staff is very caring and my Doctor is always on top of my care.
I came in the Express Care with body chills fever cough chest pains and body aches and was denied service because i don't have medicaid nor was i able to pay the $50 upfront. If it's a hospital type facility no atient should be denied service especially when they don't know the severity of the patient sickness. I will never go back to them.
Refused to see my son because I had my other son with me. Beyond ridiculous!! Some people don’t have sitters 24/7 to watch their kids. Y’all need to do better especially being health care!! Shame on y’all
Very rude. Skipped over my child. Two people behind us went in front of us. Old lady in check in is rude as heck. How do you treat a child like that? Further more how do group anyone with an entire other family that comes in 10 mins after us? Sorry excuse. Do better.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
