What a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Ingram is very knowledge and nice! He takes time to walk you through all the options and answer all your questions. I’ve been going to the eye doctor for over 20 years and this was the best experience I’ve had.

Dr. Ingram and his staff are so professional and courteous. I always feel as though I am important and my time is just as valuable as theirs. Mrs. Wood and the staff always accommodate me and my needs. I never feel rushed or pressured to make decisions on glasses. If there is a supplier issue (like what happened at my last appointment) when the issue was discovered by Mrs. Wood she kept me in the loop and even though it was not her fault she continued to apologize on behalf of her office. These days I feel that many people have lost the art of good customer service. I have very strict standards for my health care providers and Dr. Ingram's office always makes me feel important and cared for. A couple of years ago I had a fall and there was blood in and around my eye and based on the concern for my vision I called the office and was worked in that day. I realize how rare that is. Thank you this is really the best eye care :)

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the doctor was great. It's been almost a month since I ordered my glasses and I'm still getting the run around. I was lied to in the office about when I'd get them and instead of doing the right thing I was given excuses. Ill never use this place again.

My husband and I both see Dr. Ingram, and we are always treated professionally and with kindness. Laura Wood always takes care of our contact and glasses needs, and doesn't mind if it takes us a while to make a decision (too many beautiful choices :) Thank you Ingram Eye Care, we'll be back!

Best experience ever. The staff and doctor were all friendly. The receptionist knew who I was soon as I walked in and this was my 1st visit. Definitely have a customer for life.
