Looked like a very clean place. Staff was nice.
Went for a 1:30 appt for one vial of blood and a 5 minute CT scan with contrast and was there 3 hours! The phlebotomist let me sit in the waiting area for 30 minutes while she laughed and talked with the other lab workers dancing around in the office. There was only one other patient there so they weren't busy. Then it took over an hour to get the bloodwork results for the CT Scan. They had to call my cardiologist to confirm what he ordered because they were just going to scan my stomach area and he wanted a scan from stomach to feet. That took almost another hour. The CT Scan was another fail. I was stuck 3 times by 2 different nurses for an IV line. Once of the sticks was directly into the same place I had just given blood for labs an hour earlier. When the technician finally came in to do the scan his comment to me was 'do you feel like a pin cushion yet'? After the scan was complete I was escorted to the door by a technician who told me he was walking me out because several people in the waiting area were mad because I was taken in front of them. I will literally change my cardiologist before I ever go back to this hospital for any procedure large or small.
The surgeons and nurses saved my fathers life, we’re forever thankful
ER visits are never desirable but at times necessary. Quick check in. Triaged by Michelle who was fantastic and Dr Davis managed my family member’s case methodically, providing great communication along the way. Appreciate the smallness of MUSC/Providence and personal care.
Been sitting in the er waiting room since 2pm it is now 6:47 and I have yet to see a doctor speak to anyone or anything. I was told 3 people are in front of me but everyone who showed up after me is already gone.
This doctor named Ryan really needs to be fired before musc has a law suit
This should be a ZERO stars!!!!!!! Took my mother to the emergency room, told the person at the check-in desk what was going on withe her. They gave us paperwork to fill out and we waited. Then they call us back took her vitals the after that the tell us the don't handle gynecological patients, a doctor come in I repeat to him the problem , he goes over to my mom press on her stomach, then turn to us said they don't take gynecological problem talk to her doctor. Then we where told she will have to pay because she saw a doctor. They should have told us before we signed in that they couldn't help her that knew why she was there. They should be ashame of themselves. To be a religious hospital to take advantage of a sick 71 year old woman is just WRONG!!!! Think twice before going here!!!!
Shout out to Mr. Portee. When I arrived to the hospital to see my Mom in ICU the lady at the front reception did not greet and act as if I wasn't there. I asked for help even though he appeared to be busy. He did her job and then some. He escorted me to right location and was very caring and polite. Keep him on board. He's an asset. Giving flowers while one can smell them.
Found myself resentfully going to the ER after having severe stomach pain for three days without any relief. All the staff members from check-in, nurses, doctor and CT staff were wonderful. It took no time at all to be called into the triage area and everyone was attentive and kind. I especially appreciate this kind of care considering they were very busy and understaffed. Also happy to report that my symptoms are much better today. Thank you to the ER team for all their hard work.
Amazing doctors and care. Always return calls promptly. Never been disappointed. If I have to wait, I know someone is in need and they will do the same for me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
