I had change pcp and I was recommended to Dr Soto. He listens and cares about his patients so far my labs are better with him.

He is an awesome doctor. I am glad I switch to him . My illnesses has been under control now. Thank you Dr Soto

Best doctor I ever had.

I have been seeing Dr. Soto as my primary care physician for 6 months now, and he is PHENOMENAL! He is exceptionally intelligent and very thorough. It is evident he cares immensely for his patients by how hard he works to treat all of their concerns. He spends time to get to know and understand every single patient, and I really appreciate how caring and attentive he is. One thing that is really special and unique is that Dr. Soto will usually find a way to see you the very same day you call if you are sick or feeling bad. He really tries to make himself available to all his patients and never leaves a stone unturned. He is very empathetic and feels for our issues as if they are his own. His office has a built in lab to test blood/urine for vitamin deficiencies, A1C levels, cholesterol, and more as well as an x-ray tech, which is very convenient. His medical assistants are excellent too, and very friendly. I have never given a recommendation for a Physician before, but I have to for Dr. Soto because he goes above and beyond. I give him my highest recommendation.

Im with dr Soto for over 5 years , since I move to Columbia, and I’m very please and highly recommended him . Dr Soto take his time to go thru everything and explain it all.

Dr Soto Has been a very good doctor for me. I have been seeing him and his staff for about 8 years. I had written a review before and added this one as well. He has always been very good with diagnosing and keeping me healthy. I have had mostly blood pressure and related things to manage as I get older. I can't say enough good things about his office and staff. I also have had a stress test, xrays, and ultrasound done at his office which is SUPER CONVENIENT for me... Scott

I recently moved to this area from out of state and was extremely anxious about locating a new primary physician. My concerns were immediately addressed in a compassionate and professional manner by Dr. Soto and the wonderful staff at this family medicine center. He spent quite a bit of time listening to my (quite extensive) medical history and answered every question. I am feeling much better, in regards to my medical care, as a new transplant to South Carolina.

Dr. Soto was very compassionate and listened well to my issues. As a 100% service connected disabled veteran, Dr. Soto was able to take care of all of my medical needs until the VA was able to care for me. I consider Colonial very lucky to have him.

Dr. Soto & staff have really impressed me. I have several health issues & sought Dr. Soto's help to be sure I was staying on top of everything. I started off requesting a neurology appt. He agreed as long as I would allow him to work my case up properly (bloodwork, etc.) before sending me to a specialist. It's been a long journey because Dr. Soto caught a few issues & I was treated. After 6 mos. & without me saying a word, my neurology appt. was set & I was notified by mail! Wow! He remembered!
