Carolina Women's Physicians Vista's Online Review Report Card

I have been a client here for over eight years and have always had positive experiences until today. Unfortunately, the level of service I received was disappointing. The reception staff were not as welcoming or helpful as I have come to expect. I would like to note that previous receptionists have always been exceptional, which made today’s experience particularly surprising. I would give 0 stars if i could.

I see jenny rush (and have for many years) and she is one of the most empathetic health care professionals I have come across. highly recommend her, specifically! : - )

Horrible experience keep you waiting all day for nothing.

Be prepared to be here all day, would give 0 stars if I could. Poor scheduling skills, and no consideration of your time. Staff up front is friendly along with back staff. Just a huge lack of planning for this branch

I couldn't get an appointment with Dr. Julie Reed, so I agreed to see a nurse practitioner Jenny for my gynocological check up which Medicare pays for every 2 years. I had to wait in the exam room for over thirty minutes and she came in refusing to give me a pap test. She didn't know me or my history. I was on the exam table less than three minutes. Worst exam I ever had. I could have done this exam myself. If I could give a 0 rating I would. Will never go back.

I have no issues with the doctors here, but I switched here in 2020 due to a billing issue with my previous gyno who was acquired by Lexington medical center. Surprise surprise, it’s 2025 and my annual well woman visit that should have been free is now in collections because yet another one of my gynos was acquired by Lexington medical center and billed my annual wellness visit as a normal office visit. Are they purposefully billing these visits wrong to try and extort money from us?

I have been with Carolinas Womens Physicians of West Columbia SC since 2014 . I have had Dr. Greene since then I now am back seeing her again she had and has me back on track . Dr. Greene will always help you as a patient to direct you with her care plan. Thank you Dr. Greene for everything you have helped me and continue to help me through my issues

I have been a part of this practice care since 2017. My former doctor Beverly has retired. I was approached with seeing the new PA in the building. Today I went in to complete my annual. I wanted to meet the new physicians Assistant before she assisted me. She did not want to meet me unless I was Undressed and on the table. I thought this was extremely unprofessional as she has not met me or asked me any questions or even laid eyes on me before she completed my annual. I am highly disappointed in vista women’s healthcare and I no longer recommend Them. The nurse manager was extremely rude to me, and when I asked to meet the physician assistant before they started the procedure she advised that the physician does not operate in that manner. And that I should not demand anything when I come into the facility. I did not demand anything. I just asked for my basic rights which is to be treated as a patient and today I was not treated as such.

My previous gynecologist wasn’t great, so I switched to Carolina Women’s based on a friends suggestion who is also a patient there. Everyone was so kind and the office was running smoothly, keeping everything on time. Dr. Sarmiento is great! She truly cares and will do whatever it takes to help. It may take a little while to get in for an appointment, but I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new OBGYN!
