The person that checked me in was at least 4 people away from me so she was loudly giving me instructions. The technician didn’t update me during the procedure as is the custom. Only 1 time did he say we had 3 more images and 10 more minutes. I have been treated much more respectfully at this facility in the past. I will choose another location for my next scan, if needed.

The staff from the front desk, to the technicians who perform the tests are absolutely amazing. I only give the facility a three-star, because it takes so long to get the results back

Portia Jordan was so nasty to me. I had a really bad experience with her. I think she is the worse person to help. She just had a bad attitude the whole time like she doesn’t want to help anyone. I will be finding me another place because as long as she works here I would not waste my time.

This was my first experience receiving a CT scan and I was very happy with the professionalism and caring displayed by the staff I came into contact with. The staff at the front desk were friendly and the woman giving me the IV (Gabby) did a great job, I didn't feel a thing. Leigh administered my CT scan and I can't say enough nice things about her 'method' of helping to put one at ease. She gave a thorough explanation of what the procedure would entail and then chatted away keeping my attention focused on what she was saying about what I may feel with the contrast part of the procedure.
