My first appointment with Dr. O’Leary was yesterday 11/17/25 for ongoing knee issues. Read a lot of reviews on him as I do when researching any new doctor as I expect excellence from any provider I see. I must say I was so pleased with my first meeting with Dr. O’Leary. Was very personable with a great sense of humor that put me at ease. I was glad that he took the “time” and “interest” to read over brief past records that I brought with me about my previous knee issues and surgery. He answered all my questions and never blew me off. He was clear about my future prognosis for treatment of my knees, but was never pushy about hurrying me into doing something now. I was told to see him when “I” felt it was time to take more action and parted with a follow-up visit in a few months. I can say, from this experience that so far, I feel confident with Dr. O’Leary as my specialist to care for my knees. (Only side note I have is the long wait from the time I checked in to be seen. But on a positive note, I didn’t feel rushed by him once seen.)

Dr. O’Leary was very friendly and thorough during his treatment of my shoulders. He was understandably wary of proceeding with any treatment to my right shoulder, since it’s only been about a year since a local surgeon gave me an extremely poor result. Dr. O’Leary chose a cautious approach towards treatment of my left shoulder by recommending a steroid injection and therapy as first steps.

No wait whatsoever ever. It was a pleasure to meet some of the staff and Dr. O'Leary. This was my first visit. He explained my options and listen to my concerns. We then agreed on the best plan for moving forward.
