Had my first visit today. Staff was very efficient and kind. Love Dr. Rhoe’s personality, I truly feel like she listened to my concerns. Look forward to being treated here! Great first impression.

Dr. Rhoe did seem to show genuine care during my initial visit. She suggested I come back for blook work and I did return without understanding what she ordered to be checked was not covered by my BCBS insurance. She hasn't bothered to follow up regarding the results or suggest a follow up visit. I questioned through their portal about the $500 bill for the bloodwork. Dr. Rhoe's nurse responded (check insurance) through the portal but won't respond herself. Insurance says (sorry not covered). Tough luck I suppose, and a good lesson learned not to trust Dr. Rhoe or this practice
