Plenty of free parking; short wait times; courteous staff; well-equipped instrumentation; excellent diagnostic record keeping; and friendly, competent doctor. Efficient "assembly-line" operation that values patients' time and yet thorough. Dr. Gross listens to and answers questions and concerns clearly and with empathy.

I highly recommend Dr. Gross. He is professional, very thorough & really cares about his patients. I drive 45-60 minutes to get to his office. I could see someone much closer but I trust Dr. Gross with my diabetic retina needs.

After multiple years seeing Dr Gross I have seitcjed.to another. Care provider. I was tired of being treated like a car payment rather than a human patient.
