It amazes me that someone would leave a negative message about the staff. I haven't had any problems with any of the staff at the park place office. Wonderful manner. Clearly explained injury using X-rays. Open to options. Gave solutions. Listened. Focused on the visit. I felt like I was heard, and that my concerns were clearly addressed. I left my appointment happy and wonderfully hopeful. Highly recommend.

Haven’t seen the doctor yet had to reschedule due to staff not telling me what I needed to bring as far as cd from X-ray. Did not get a good feeling at all from the receptionist Dakota. Almost tempted to go elsewhere as she was of no help and extremely rude. Wouldn’t give me my money back said she would have to write herself a note to credit my card the next day. This doctor is so down to earth and so knowledgeable and smart. Honestly a breathe of fresh air when dealing with my 2 year old having to get a cast! He is fast and effective yet he takes his time and also answers any and all questions. He is the very best. 5 of 5 stars recommend!
