Great customer service and patient care. Took the time to address my concerns.

I just started my health care journey and I was referred to Dr Kraemer. Let me preface thy by saying I’m extremely afraid and have health anxiety. Dr Kraemer and his nurse listened to me, didn’t judge me, the nurse who took my blood pressure gave me a hug. They truly made me feel safe. He is a kind man. And I can sense he really cares and understands what I’m doing thru. Highly highly recommend to any woman afraid of the doctors and testing.

Poor service unprofessional front desk receptionist nasty attitude. Do not recommend!

Everyone there from doctors to nurses were very nice

Dr. Kraemer makes you feel at ease when you are uncomfortable or feel uneasy. He’s thorough and really listens to you. I’ve never felt rushed or ignored and that is so important and crucial in this field. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

Dr. Kraemer has treated me amazing and so kind! I have had an extremely hard time finding good medical care during my pregnancy. I’m so glad that I decided to come to him for the remainder of my pregnancy. He will be delivering me on 4/2! I appreciate how he greets me, his pleasant spirit and just the kindness I experience at his office altogether. Can’t say thank you enough! We need more doctors like him in the world!

Several people recommended this practice to me. However, I would not recommend Dr. Johnson if you are having menopause issues. I found her to be very condescending and dismissive during my appointment. She was unkind in her words and demeanor and, in hindsight, I wish I had just gotten up and left instead of sitting through an appointment partially undressed even though I didn't need a pap where she said things like "so you expect me to fix a problem your other doctor created." I have since found a doctor who provides great care, thankfully. This is a reminder that you don't have to accept this treatment from any doctor.

I really wanted to have a positive experience with this office, but overall it has been disappointing and at times frustrating—especially during a pregnancy when support and clear communication matter the most. The biggest issue for me has been the lack of consistency and support. Appointments often feel rushed, and there isn’t much room to ask questions or feel reassured. Instead of feeling cared for, I’ve often left feeling like I had to figure things out on my own. Communication has also been a challenge. It’s not always easy to get clear answers, and there have been moments where I felt like concerns were brushed off rather than truly addressed. During pregnancy, that kind of experience can add unnecessary stress. Another concern is the overall patient experience. The environment feels more transactional than personal. I understand that medical offices are busy, but bedside manner and empathy go a long way—especially for first-time moms or anyone going through a major life moment. To be fair, the office is organized in terms of scheduling, However, good logistics don’t make up for the lack of emotional support and communication. Overall, I wouldn’t personally recommend this office if you’re looking for a supportive, attentive, and patient-centered experience—especially during pregnancy. Lastly wait times are insane !

I usually see Melissa but she was not available. Absolutely love her! I needed to be seen ASAP because of my pain level, so they scheduled me with Dr. Koehler. I wasn't even in that appointment 5 minutes. I voiced my concerns and PAIN. Told me he couldn't provide me antibiotics because he doesn't want me to become co-dependent on them. Told me I needed an ultrasound just for them to tell me I need to schedule an appointment with my OBGYN and get antibiotics! I'm still in pain and still dealing with this issue, all he did was waste my time and make me run up a $700+ bill. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
