Dr. Kraemer is 100% approachable and gives you his undivided attention when asking questions; he doesn't make you feel dumb for not knowing. His is soft spoken to lessen any anxiety about the visit and calms your nerves by being a nice person. I was signed in and seen within fifteen minutes and the front staff couldn't have been friendlier. I've always had good experiences here and would recommend them to my colleagues and friends.

I have had a life changing experience with this top notch office. Dr. Russell is the first physician to listen to me in 30 years, and I am well on my way to better health thanks to him! His nurse is wonderful, thorough and kind. The office staff as been helpful at every turn. I am very grateful to have been referred to such a professional, brilliant, easy-to-talk-doctors like Dr. Russell and Dr. Kraemer.

I am currently pregnant and have seen Dr. David Julius Russell twice. Both times, I felt completely dismissed and unheard. I came in with specific, urgent concerns regarding my pregnancy health that require diligent monitoring, but Dr. Russell spent less than two minutes in the room each time. He repeatedly brushed off my questions with 'we’re not going to worry about that' and stood by the door while I was still talking, signaling that he was ready to leave. As a Black woman, I am acutely aware of the disparities in maternal healthcare, and the lack of basic empathy or thoroughness here is deeply concerning. I felt rushed and undervalued as a patient. I cannot recommend this provider to anyone who expects their doctor to actually listen to their concerns and prioritize their health. I do not feel safe or supported under his care and will be looking for a provider who actually listens to and cares for their patients.

They check me in immediately the front desk young ladies were extremely kind. The young lady who took me in the room and took my vitals was amazing. I especially like that fact that she took my blood pressure using original method. I strongly dislike the machine. Then Ashley (NP) and Valarie ( Nurse) came in and did my exam. The conversation she had with me gave me so much comfort before I knew it the exam was complete. I strongly dislike these type of exams but this office staff made it extremely comfortable for me.

I called on two separate occasions to schedule an appointment as a transfer patient with Whitney. During my first call, I explained that I had already completed a records transfer with my previous OB. Unfortunately, she was not helpful in addressing my questions and ended the call abruptly. During my second call, the experience was again disappointing. She placed me on hold multiple times without explanation and spoke in a rude and dismissive manner. I hope the office can place a stronger emphasis on respect and customer service when communicating with patients, especially over the phone.

I feel like I truly dodged a bullet. When calling as a first time patient trying to schedule the appointment the staff was extremely rude from the moment of answering the phone. And then Abruptly putting me on hold in the middle of me explaining that I’ve been having complications. Was on hold for a very long time with no explanation.

They do what they want to do as far as your care goes and no consideration regarding referring you out. Courtney has no interpersonal skills!!! No communication at all cancel your appointments without even communicating with you.

Dr. Ravenell is awesome. Every time I visited the office he is always professional and treat his patients like family. He has lots of patience and takes the time to answers hundreds of my questions. He also breaks down medical issues to me so that I can understand it. He has taking care of personal problems that I had for years that the others overlooked the first time I visited him a few years ago. I really appreciate him and all that he does for his patients.
