I'll never forgive Dr. Tucker for what he did to me. He tried to say my shoulder pain is a lie and refused to believe me. For over 15 years I've dealt with this pain and guess what? My husband convinced me to try again to get help and what to do know? The cause was found. Pinched nerve. Good job, jerk Tucker.

Julie and Hailey were exceptional! Great experience. If you have clostrophibic tendendices large tube MRI is the way to go. Open MRI is horrible. Thanks for a smooth experience!!

I needed an MRI and my doctor was able to get me into Palmetto Imaging within a few days of her contacting them. I was happy to get in there on a Saturday, and since I had to rely on a family member to drive me, they didn't have to take time off of work to take me. As soon as we arrived in their lobby, I noticed that the place was very clean and smelled good. The sweet receptionist greeted me and told me that since the person before me had canceled that I would not have any wait time. After my brief check-in, I was escorted to the MRI area where I met with the radiologist. She was just as kind as the receptionist and was very professional as she conducted my test. I could tell as I walked down their hallways that this place takes pride in keeping their building very clean and in a very neat order. I would definitely choose this location for any future imaging needs that I have!

Had an appointment today (Sep 27th) which is when we got some bad weather due to Hurricane Helene. I never got a phone call or email saying the office was closed or my appointment was canceled. So I drove the hour from Sumter only to see the lights off and door locked. I’ve called the number and selected the choices for the scheduling line, this specific office, and the surrounding office within the area…no answer on any of them. Terrible communication and experience.

Been to this location repeatedly over the last few years - mri system operators are great - but the system for managing appointments is ineffective. Expect that your appointment will never be on time. Example get told to show up at 730 - table time at 0815 and guess what it doesn't happen. They are really bad about communicating any delays or ensuring that the schedule runs properly.

Love this place! My friend came in with limited mobility and they were so kind and understanding of his situation. They were more prepared than the hospital to handle his needs.

Everyone at this location on Lady st downtown Columbia were very courteous, professional and friendly. The MRI technician was very calming when informing me what to expect. She asked several times was I ok . I would recommend this location as a good place to go for an MRI.

I have had many MRIs and this facility was very friendly and professional. Angie, the MRI tech was by far the most friendly I’ve ever had! I wish she had been there for my longer, more tedious MRIs! :)
