Terrible place attitude from front desk when trying to get information corrected

If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would! Such a awkward and unpleasant experience from the moment I arrived to my appointment. My appointment was for 7:30 AM and when I arrived I had to wait outside. They open late. Then I was checked in and I asked to go to the restroom. The restroom was very dirty and unsanitary. I heard someone call out the doctors name and say Hi. DR.ANDREW and he completely ignored her being that she was one of the employees. I actually said hello to him as well and greeted him with a good morning and he completely ignored me as well. VERY UNPLEASENT GUY! Then when i was taken to the back room I was weighed by a nurse by the name of SELENA and she explained to me I couldn't get a physical done because Dr. Andrew does not do them to clear for cosmetic surgeries and apolgized THAT THE LADY WHO SCHEDULED ME ISNT EVEN IN THE OFFICE ANYMORE, which is fine. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

I am looking for a new doctor as we speak the doctors are amazing I actually like my doctor but the front office staff are horrible the lady at the front I believe her name is Nia or Mia she has a shaved head with glasses she is by far the rudest human being I’ve ever met with bad customer service this lady has made me miss weeks with no prescription because she was so careless and never sent my prescription over to my pharmacy. She also made me miss days of work on 2 occasions because she scheduled the wrong days. When I came to the doctor on both appointments she had the worst attitude saying I keep coming on the wrong day and cannot accommodate me because there full. Not only that this office will call you 1 day prior to tell u that your doctor can’t see you and to reschedule. After my next visit I will not come back to this doctors office it’s too much of a headache.

The nurse practitioners and doctors are competent and kind, however, some of the nurses and front office staff are difficult to communicate with. While I was a patient at this office, I had several issues refilling my prescriptions. It seemed like every time I was due for a refill, it was a fight to get it filled. It was exhausting and not worth my time being belittled and spoken down to over the phone by my nurse. If you don’t want to be on the verge of tears after trying to get a prescription refilled, I suggest going elsewhere.

Been waiting over an hour for this gi doctor to see my dad while all the other patients are being taken in within minutes of being.

I’ve been going to Andy Fields for many years and trust him with my life. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone looking for a family doctor.

Dr. Fields is very thorough. He will take as much time with you as you need. Very pleased with his care. His office staff and nurse are very friendly and caring.

Was put hold for a total of 30 minutes after being rudely told to “hold on.” Hung up and called MedCare and had all my questions answered in less than 3 minutes.

Andy Fields (NP) has been my primary for 6 years. I will never go to another primary physician as long as Andy is in business.Andy saved my life! It was he that diagnosed my type 2 diabetes.It was Andy that diagnosed my sleep apnea and sent me for a sleep study. If Andy had not caught this problem I was headed towards a major stroke or fatal heart attack.Andy and his staff are easily accessible,proffessional and very knowledgeable. Please make Andy Fields your primary care physician.
