Very clean well kept nice doctors and nurses.

I recommend 2nd shift they are very friendly attentive and show they care about me getting well since they came in at 11am the have been on point . Did not take long for me to be pulled to the back. My name is jorell Jackson so any nurse that spoke to me did a spectacular job and I wanna thank them dearly. This home for me so I take this to the heart. Dnt know where I’d be without these great nurses.

It was my first time ever going to this hospital. Because I didn't know how to answer it when I arrived. The guard is in the guard station. It was raining very badly. She acts like she hated to get her resolution behind out of the chair and assist me. So when I ask Her how do you get into the interests of the emergency room like a child? She just takes her arm and throw it out. No verbal communication at all. I was still. Perplexed about how to get in there. My option was to watch other people where they were entering and then I was able to game answer access. After The Visit with the Doctor I come out and here's the security guard a different one on Her phone I. Stumbled, I felt really dizzy and I sat down on vindict knees and here she is still on her phone. A masked shooter could occur in a warse case of narco worst case scenario I could have fallen out a thanked it and she wouldn't know anything because she was too busy on Her phone I don't know what's wrong with people when you at work, why are you sitting there on the telephone? You have a job and it's a security guard. You supposed to be alert at all times and what's going on in that hospital? Park about and if you do make around. In the hospital or hold that pulse is your job to secure the general public as well as the employees.Not be on your phone.It's totally ridiculous

Be extra careful with your belongings at Prisma Health Baptist Birth floor 4. My daughter was recently a patient and her money was stolen out of her wallet. She had taken some money with her so her 4yr old could eat and have spending money if me, Grandma, took her somewhere. Also, the church gave her some money for the birth of their baby. Nobody in charge ever came to her room to apologize or to ask what happened, nothing. The one nurse on duty was awesome but that's it. Thing is, it could only be 1 of 2 people that could have taken it the night before as it was the only time her wallet was left without supervision. I have called, sent an email and Nobody has yet to contact me. This happened 12/01/2024 The two on duty of 11/30/2024 was also rude and hateful to her as well. I know she will never get the money back, but that was her Christmas money for her two kids and I hope karma comes swift and hard for whichever stole it.

This hospital must have some of the best employees. I especially want to address the ICU staff. My dad was in ICU for a week and the ICU nurses, Erin, Karen, Thay, Anna, and Fehme were so kind, respectful and gentle. Unfortunately there are two more excellent nurses whose names I can’t remember. They weren’t only kind to my dad but to me and my mom as well who were by his side. Thank you to the ICU nurses for everything.

I wa transferred from Richland by EMS. And admitted. The nurses were fantastic! They cared about me. Which was so refreshing because I had went to another hospital twice and didn't receive any help.I especially liked Dela. She is an amazing nurse and she took care of me as if I was family. This sweet lady alone gets a 5 star from me. I will continue to bypass the closest hospital and go here. Doctors here are amazing also. And I got a diagnosis here, which I didn't receive the two times I went to Camden.

Would not recommend anyone to work here. Would not recommend getting surgery done here.

Very good hospital. Doctors, nurses, and staff are exceptional. My wife had a major surgery and spent two nights. The first night she called 5 times for assistance and no one showed up to help her. The manager switched these staff members out the following night and my wife received excellent service. Room 457 has light issues. The fluorescent light behind the bed on the wall flickers like the ballast needs to be changed. One minute very dim, the next super bright. Special thanks to Morgan (I call her, Hollywood) for preparing her for surgery and Georgina for being a very special professional nurse with excellent bedside manners. Also, the cafeteria and bistro food is very good and the cafeteria and bistro staff are excellent.

For the sake of your health and life do not go to this hospital
