Very sorry doesn’t give good care.. My niece never received any food while admitted in I had to go buy food the entire time for her.. IV was leaking gown was wet never got a dry gown or IV checked.. never received the medicine that was supposed to be given they didn’t offer a tray until 7pm at night. I’m just over this service and hospital
Son had surgery today everyone was nice and friendly Dr.Erin I think his name was was great..My son enjoyed everyone
I’ve checked in at 8:20pm it’s now 1:47 am and no one yet checked on me i am for sure being over looked .there nurse in the front had poor manners and horrible Attitude
Brought my daughter in for chest pain. I let them know when we signed in that she has a hole in her heart. I thought heart pain would have been taken seriously but we've been in the waiting room for 7 hours now with no end in sight. She is still complaining to me about the pain but it makes no difference. Why is this not more of a priority??I feel I've made a mistake bringing her here. We got here aroind 2 pm and it's now almost 9. Since when is heart pain shrugged off??Update: after 8 hours in the waiting room we were finally offered a bed in the hall right by an entrance door. They did the ekg and ecg outside other patients' rooms. This was an absolutely horrific experience for both of us. Doc was polite but obviously not a cardiologist and couldn't answer questions. Just said to follow up with her cardio. Wasted 8 hours and exposed to God knows what in the process.
Brought my daughter into the hospital on January 3rd 2021 for a head injury. she turned out to be fine. All the hospital did was observe her for an hour, and give her graham crackers and juice. We were gone an hour later. I received a bill for over $1,000 dollars. I requested MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THEM TO SEND ME AN ITEMIZED STATEMENT AND THEY DID NOT. They have no sent the debt to a debt collector without even telling me WHAT WAS CHARGED FOR! NOW THEY’RE ACTING LIKE THEY DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY SOLD THE DEBT TO SOMEONE ELSE.UNETHICAL is all i can say. You charge people for services and can’t even/ REFUSE to explain the cost of services provided, and then sell the debt to debt collectors and RUIN PEOPLES LIVES over it. The entire healthcare system is corrupt.
Wonderful nurses
My granddaughter is a patient at this hospital as of now she is been there many times and they kept her one night and send her home now this time they are keeping her .my daughter sleeping in the room and waking up with bite marks and look like them as well she tells them and they o we can't do anything about it .but this a messed up hospital
I wish there was a way to give 0 Star. I am only giving on star because the nurse on the morning shift really took care of my son. My 13 year old is currently in ICU for respiratory issues. His oxygen mask came off while he was sleeping. I call the nurse and was old everything looks ok. By this time his oxygen numbers was in the low 80's. The machine was going off for a while and no one came. I called the nurse again and had to really insist that a nurse come. By the time the nurse got there I had placed the mask back on but was worried weather or not I had it on right. It didn't look or sound right but I'm not the professional. The nurse said it was find and will get someone from the respiratory team to come. When she came I explained what happened. She told me that if he comes off of oxygen he will be ok. I was shocked. I told her his numbers dropped down to 84. She told me that if he is moving around his oxygen numbers would not read correctly. I asked her if he was taking off of oxygen what would his numbers be. She said she did not know. Now my son is on oxygen because he is having a hard time breathing on his own due to asthma and a cold. I asked to speak with the doctor only to get another nurse who chopped things in up to miscommunication. I asked the nurse what was a dangerous oxygen level and she could not give me a specific answer. Instead she gave me a different scenarios instead of answering my question. The nurse said she can't hear the alarms going off on his machine but closed the door behind after I told her I was scared to fall back to sleep because of the lack of attention my son gets at night. The doctor assured me that he will be monitored while we are sleep and asked if I would give him more time to treat my son since I requested for him to be transferred to another hospital. This is by far the scariest experience I have had at this hospital. I pray we make it through the morning.
My son was transfered here from Lexington children's hospital for a spi al injury.. Been here for 12 hours. Last time I saw a nurse I asked where the vending machine was, that was an hour ago. Finally found out where it was and it's out of order. My son and I haven't eaten since lunch, 18 hours ago. Never will come back here if I can help it. I want to be clear, the staff here are wonderful, the problem lies with management.
We loved ALL of our nurses on the 3rd floor of the children's hospital. The doctors were great too!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
