Good service experience and fast results.
This was my 1st time at the new Facility. The Building is gorgeous and so spacious, the Staff was very cordial and polite.
I was going to leave 2 stars but not after what just happened. I had started on a review for this place already but before I could get out of my appointment, Dr. Uretsky wanted to see my phone. I didn’t know what he was going to go to in my phone. So he opens the already started review, which I will get to in a minute and starts reading it out loud in front of me. The review had to do with the office, but not him. It literally started with “the ONLY reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because Dr. Uretsky did fix my bleeding.” He muttered something about not being liked by everyone, obviously perturbed, but it didn’t have anything to do with him initially because he did fix my bleeding. I was going to leave the other part alone. He was wanting me to leave a review for him! LOL. I could not believe someone could be so invasive. I was leaving the review because the office at 145 Park Central Drive scheduled me for a follow up appointment to which I left early from work, drove 180 miles to get to (I travel for work) for them to tell me I’m not on the schedule. Then I’m told I’ll be worked in. Then 5 minutes later, they tell me Dr. Uretsky isn’t going to see me to go over my biopsy results and the only thing I can do is make another appointment WAY out of my way and miss another night of work. A 5 minute appointment. So I left there feeling like I wasn’t worth 5 minutes and/or my results were bad. I get to my appointment and 45 minutes after the appointment was scheduled for, it’s a 5 minute appointment. He did fix my bleeding but I left feeling so humiliated by him and I was already upset about what had happened previously. 100% will be going elsewhere. And always get a confirmation physical paper when scheduling an appointment. I felt like I should go back and add that the girl that took care of me on the 3 different occasions (brought me back to the room and sprayed my nose, etc) was so sweet. She’s an angel and deserves 5 stars on her own. And the PA I saw was very kind. I felt like my concerns were addressed and she really cared despite the fact that the bleeding wasn’t stopped. Attitude and the way your treat people is everything and those girls were very sweet.
Dr. Long was very professional and engaging- was preparing for her(agency) to move to newer quarters , and was pleased to finally get a window (after being in the basement!).
The allergy test tech was very good. My daughter enjoyed talking with Maya. Both made my daughter feel comfortable.
Thanks for the advice.
She was not only professional to me, but also kind to my daughters during the entire process.
Always know exactly how to treat the patient. Real experts.
My experience at SC ENT is always professional, with superior customer service! Maya, PA is very patient-focused; she is awesome!
I've been a patient at SCENT now for 5 years. My experience with Robert Kabakjian or as he is affectionately called "Dr. Bob" has been life changing for me. Their new facility is state of the art and I guarantee you will walk away from your appointment completely satisfied and looking forward to your next visit!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
