I love this place. My twins have been going here since birth and they are now 8years old. Dr. Emily Bartlett really takes her time with the children and explain everything in details. She is so AMAZING. I just gave birth in May to my 3rd child and she is her doctor aswell. It’s hard to find good doctors so I’m so happy I choose to have my children go here and have Dr. Emily Bartlett as their Pediatrician. They will going here until they are 18!I highly recommend going here.

Thank you Dr. Greenhouse for speaking up for our children despite the opposing views. You are a true doctor.

I love the availability of the practice there’s always someone there if there’s an emergency having a baby that squeezing in the bathroom is very scary very thankful for Lindsay for being there for me on call last night and also all the staff who squeezed me in today. Also special shout out to Dr Lofton who always makes visits pleasant with her humor. She also is just very good at her job and on point with her recommendations

I normally don't go out my way to leave reviews but I'm very irritated with how the triage nurse (Shelly/Shellie) for 5/30/21 went about things. I called because my 4 yr old has a fever and other symptoms. He goes to Sandhill Pediatrics. I called the number (803) 788-4886 that was located on an email from them from March of this year. Now I didn't notice at first that this number went to Palmetto pediatric. I'm just trying to leave a message and thought this was obviously the right number coming from the email from his dr office. She stated that the number I called (803) 788-4886 doesn't lead to any of palmetto pediatrics office numbers and that it was not sandhill pediatrics. I double check the email, and read the number back to her that was actually on two emails not just one. Then I went to another appt reminder email and there was another number. I then told her I found an alternative number for them. She says let her investigate and call me back. Im thinking maybe she's going to get the right nurse to call back or maybe see if she could even give advice on my sick kid because that's all I care about. She calls back with an attitude basically saying what she already said. "That number (803) 788-4886 is not connected to our office at all."  I said okay well I will call the other number. She goes yes their number is and repeats the number I already said I had. Then repeats she don't know where I made this number up from and when I say like I said it was on an email but I will call the other, she goes well whatever like I said their number is and says the number again. So I read the number back with her letting her know AGAIN I have that number! I'm just like who calls at 11pm to make up a story that their kid is sick and waste time talking to a nurse for the wrong dr office. On my message I said what dr he sees and what office. She could have simply said that was the wrong office and let me move on to talk to who I need to. And she didn't seem to care about the reason I was calling, just to be right about a dang office number!! I wish I could post photos because I have screenshot the emails with the number and I did go to their website and GUESS WHAT?!? Found the SAME NUMBER I called (803) 788-4886 That was for their northeast office! And also I know she called that number and seen it go to their office!! Like lady I didn't just pull the number out of my imagination to say hi!! SMH

We love Palmetto Pediactrics! We see Dr. Greenhouse and she’s amazing!

Dr Painter is AMAZING! He is such a great doctor!!! The entire office is kind and efficient!! The most comforting part of the office is that you can always get in for a sick visit when needed. This is the best pediatricians office we have ever been to.

Dr. Bartlett treats you like you’re the only patient she has. She takes the time to answer any and every concern and gives you details on how to follow up.

I love Dr. Deborah Greenhouse. She is patient, understanding, postive, and she always listens. I am happy she takes time to explain things.

Great pediatrician

My 3 year son Carson has been going to the Lexington location since he was born. Dr. Dewar is great!! He is always so friendly and takes his time with us at each appointment. We never feel rushed. Carson loves going to see him and tell him new things he can say and do!! I highly recommend them!!
