Dr. Ledlie is the best! We all (including our daughter) love her! Everyone at Sandhills is amazing too. They are extremely helpful and attentive to all our questions.

The staff at Sandhills Pediatrics are great, we especially love how Dr. Willard is always joking with the kids and making them laugh. This makes the visit a lot smoother.

I love Sandhills Pediatrics I have a 16 year old and a 26 year old. They both have been going to this pediatric clinic all of their lives. The staff is very friendly they're very helpful and always have a smile. And we love dr. Laura Rickeman

Inflexible and poor customer service. Frustrating given the reputation. A pediatric that won't see your child unless they are already vaccinated? I go to a physician and pediatric clinic to get their well checked and vaccinations. A year of pandemic and not taking new patients after moving at the onset of a pandemic will put you behind...sad and frustrating to say the least

I truly used to love this pediatrician office but since Dr. Draffin left it’s terrible. I called four days straight for a prescription refill. Left four voicemails no one ever called me back. My sisters kids also go to this office so I asked her to stop by the front desk on her way out after my niece’s appointment just to make them aware that I’ve been calling all week. She was instructed by one of the ladies to tell me to keep calling. After today I will be pulling all three of my children out of this doctors office. I don’t know what’s going on with this place now very unprofessional.

Doctors are good in here but the people working in the front puts me on hold for a whole hour waiting to speak to the nurse and still nobody picking up the phone when I needed medical help for my toddlers.

We have been going to Sandhills since my son was born and have been going there for years now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. Every doctor we've seen has been kind, helpful, and taken their time with us. The practice is extremely well organized and on time. They offer easy access to speak with a nurse on the phone to answer questions. Highly recommend!

Dr. Rickenmann is a wonderful, caring and thorough doctor. She has a positive energy and provides excellent care. The staff is kind and helpful as well. A fabulous pediatric clinic!

Doctors are great, but be prepared to wait a really long time. Wait is usually an hour or more.

Having a new baby can be scary and intimidating but they helped ease a lot of my anxiety and answered the LONG list of questions I have. Jen with lactation is amazing and a wealth of knowledge and Dr. Dubose and the other physicians we have seen have all been wonderful and comforting. So glad we chose this practice for our son!
