Vine hoy a una consulta para mi chequeo de embarazo que me habían mandado de la oficina de Cayce West Columbia Primary Care tuve más de media hora La ventana y una Sra negra y una hispana de la forma más grosera me dijeron que estaba cerrado ya cuando 2 se hizo la hora y me mantuvieron esperando ahí más de 45 minutos No se me hace justo que hagan eso porque estoy embarazada y eso me puede hacer daño Y en lo que vuelva a venir para la cita voy a hablar con el manager o con alguien que esté a cargo de la oficina Porque eso es el trato que se le debe dar a un paciente y menos de una forma tan altanera y prepotente como lo hicieron ellas si no tienen educación ni protocolo ni profesionalismo para atender a los pacientes. Es mejor que busquen otro trabajo que no sea atención al cliente Porque dando atención al cliente, es de lo peor

I rarely write reviews, but Dr. Heer’s behavior was incredibly rude, judgmental, and unprofessional. She made me feel foolish for asking questions and wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence without interrupting. It’s surprising that she doesn’t have any compassion working with pregnant and emotional patients. I let her know how rude she was and that there’s a certain way to talk to people. I hope no one else has to experience what I did today. On the positive side, Nurse Lyric was incredibly compassionate and kind. I loved meeting her and she deserves 5 stars.

Absolutely love this place! The front staff (Tracey and the ladies), Lasheeda the medical assistant, and Alison Moore, APRN, DNP have been fantastic! You will walk into place looking forward to seeing these ladies! Alison and Lasheeda were very empathetic and encouraging, not dismissive at all. Alison is the cheerleader every woman needs, navigating the complexities of middle age. You walk out of there feeling like you've got hope and you can face anything.

Ms Hair and her nurse are amazing. I have seen them about 3 times in about 2 years and they are professional, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The front desk takes a long time to pick up the phone, may be a volume of patients they see but other than that, I recommend this clinic.

Qué fastidio por que hacen clinicas y no responden las llamadas uno casi se muere llamando

My doctor is amazing but the front line response team does not reflect that. I have an upcoming appointment they last minute switched times AND doctors on and only texted me about it instead of calling. I have been calling non stop and receive no answers. This has been an ongoing issue in the past too. They do NOT answer calls, I have been calling the number provided on the website and text reminders and there patient portal.

They never answer the phone

Servicio muy rápido, y el personal muy amable. El procedimiento fue rápido y sin dolor. La doctora fue muy delicada.

I had a good experience here until I got pregnant and they switched my doctor , she said my pee looked nasty and wasn’t very welcoming to me then I was having bad cramps and bleeding so I called the nurse line , I was crying because I was worried and she said calm down in a rude tone and the when I told her my symptoms she said go to the er i said that I was worried about the wait at the hospital and she said I quote “ what are you going to do let the baby die?” I did have a miscarriage and there was nothing the hospital could do so her words haunt me , some empathy is needed in this Field please listen to recorded conversations .

My daughter is currently a patient here as I am as well. Dr. Heer delivered my child in 2006 and I thought it would be great for her first pregnancy. Well, let’s just say the experience has been not so great. They are friendly and kind but, they don’t listen to you when you are in distress! You call the nurses line they say go the ER. They down play every issue, symptom you could be having as “ it’s normal” but what if it isn’t? Sometimes you don’t have to have a degree to realize something may be wrong. The on call number doesn’t answer after hours or when it does they say there is no on call doctor to respond to your message or connect you to. Please ladies do your research. I can say this place has not given My daughter the first time mother experience I wanted for her. I will update soon currently 39 weeks and she can’t keep food down and finding it hard to catch her breathe and they are still asking her to wait to deliver.
