I had the worst experience with this ER doctor. I was attacked by a pit bull at work. I am getting married in 6 weeks. I asked for at least topical numbing before cleaning and assessing my lacerations (my lips and inside my mouth). I was not given anything topical nor oral. I requested a plastic surgeon repair my wound as it was my face and given my wedding. His ego was hurt and his demeanor changed completely stating“he can do it just as well as plastics and wouldn’t do anything different than them”. I stood my ground. He referred me to Richland and tried again to talk me out of a plastic surgeon but saying “you are probably are going to wait 3-5 hours. Are you sure this is the decision you want to make?” I said yes and he stormed off. Also- I was given oral antibiotics to take with multiple lacerations to my oral cavity. I’m a veterinary professional and would have treated my canine patients with more compassion than he gave me. I have never written a negative review until this.
