She was unprofessional and borderline rude on first visit. She was impatient, asked me the same questions on second visit. She seemed not care to what I was trying to say about my feelings and symptoms. I've had different types of trauma in my life, and I've seen many mental professionals. She should not be practicing mental health.

Dr. Jones is a wonderful physician. She went to bat for my mother and I am forever grateful because my mother is very hard headed and stubborn. Dr. Jones saved my mother's life. The Andrews family is very grateful for doctors like Dr. Jones. She definitely went above and beyond!
