Waited in the lobby for one hour after the appointment time. Staff then had grandson's prescription sent to Walgreens after being told CVS, causing delays of 1-1/2 days to start treatment.

Dr. Rabon and his staff has been a God send to my daughter and I. My little girl has been a patient since birth. Dr. Rabon is one of the gentlest, nicest doctors we've worked with and my daughter LOVES him. His staff has also been very helpful. I recommend this practice to every parent at my school when they're looking for a pediatrician.

Dr. Rabon is weird. His staff is even more weird. We didnt want to give our baby formula because one it's not good and 2 it was expensive. He decided to call DSS and said that we are neglecting our child. I havent been back since.

I had a sick child and upon calling for an appointment was advised they had no availability. It was a Friday and I was told if he wasn’t better I could bring him in on Monday. After seeing another pediatrician that day I learned he had strep throat. The child is not a new patient, but an established patient with Dr. Rabon’s office. I’ve never had a pediatrician refuse to see a sick child due to lack of availability, they have always worked them in and I understand having to wait when being worked in. I’ve been told that this has happened to other patients as well.

Don’t bother contacting them if you want to be a new patient and are a brand new parent to an adopted child (6 months old). Apparently they only accept newborns out of the hospital.

Was scheduled an appointment for 1:45 and the office was completely shut down for lunch did not reopen till 2 would recommend you check the hours carefully staff was friendly

This is only a good doctor if you do not question him. If you disagree with him, you will see a different side of him. Once I left his practice because of this, I have seen that same problem from the staff. They have been withholding my sons medical records for 6 months now, despite 2 faxes from the new doctor requesting the records, and telephone confirmations that they did recieve the requests. They refuse to send the records and always claim they recieved no request, even though over the phone they confirmed that they DID recieve the request. Regardless, my son now needs an unexpected surgery in less than 3 weeks, which requires a physical, which cannot be scheduled without the medical records. So.... I called them to get the records ready so I could just come pick them up myself, and again was denied. I was told that I'd be charged $30 for the records, and that I couldn't get them at all yet because only 1 woman in the office is capable of getting the records, and she wasn't working. Livid, the office manager told me I could come up and wait at 1:45 when the staff comes back from lunch, but there was still no guarantee I'd get my records, because unexpected things happen in the office daily. Their concern is not the health and well being of my child, their concern is being right. I am considering legal action and reporting of ethical violations. Dr. Rabon has a great personality, but he will refuse to treat your child if you don't agree with him, and his staff is very unaccomodating, unsupportive, and downright spiteful if you dare get irritated with their mishandling of your case..... in which they cannot admit fault or wrongdoing in any way.

I love Doctor Rabon and all his staff, but the wait times are awful. I have to miss half a day at work for an appointment.... even the first one of the day.

Dr. Rabon is a wonderful pediatrician. He listens and really cares about his little patients. The staff is wonderful and love kids.
