The doctor is im sure very educated and knowledgeable but unless you have a money making condition he will treat you like lesser than. My experience was that this doctor is pompous and dismissive. He did not help me with my chronic issue that Ive had my whole life and instead asked me what I wanted him to do and if I wanted surgery. That was my first visit without any testing or further examination.

This place has an amazing staff The nurses and dr. Were so kind to my little ones. My son had top have his adenoids and tonsils removed and the dr. was incredible

We had my sons tongue clipped here. And are about to have my daughter done as well. All the doctors and support team have been great. They explain everything well and are very patient with our kids. We have been very pleased. Only trick is getting the actual procedure scheduled soon because of how busy they have been lately.

We have had a great experience working with the staff at Carolina Bays ENT They are courteous efficient caring and thorough. Dr. Bondy does so well with our child. I highly recommend this practice

Never answer phone. All phones including nurses are on voice mail. Played phone tag over 6 weeks and finally got referral to another ENT. Dr. Bondi is supposed to be a good doctor but shame on you for a poorly run office. No doctor is worth this treatment by office staff. Hire a new office manager and straighten up your staff to treat patients respectfully and to answer the damn phone.

Horrible return on phone calls. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since weve been waiting for a phone call on a referral from Drs. Care. You call and get thrown into either the answering service or the Referral Office person which will not call you back. Ended up having the referral sent to Coastal Carolina Otolaryngology. They were extremely helpful in getting an appointment. Agree with the other poster they should do something about their office staff. Sure reflects poorly on the Doctors.

I had a referral sent from my pediatrician and it took them over a week to finally call me back just to tell me they wont see newborns with pending insurance.
