DO NOT SEE DR. BANGKO I have had MS for over a decade. Went to him as Im new to the area and all other neurologists were booked for months. He has ZERO interest in listening to you. He actually sent me to an optometrist instead of an ophthalmologist to get checked for glaucoma so I found my own. He will just send you to other doctors to receive different treatments for symptoms of secondary progressive MS

Dr. Bangco is VERY unprofessional My fiancé is having pain in his back has been on light duty at his job for 3 months Finally got 2 MRIs scheduled for 10152021 when we get there guess what....no orders were signed by Dr. Bangco nor did he contact the insurance company for these MRIs to be approved. Now he has missed a day of work along with NO MRIs When we called to try to get this resolved his office just told us well he doesnt work on Fridays and we will need to wait till Monday However we are getting married in 3 weeks Needless to say....we are done with this office and will find a more professional neurologist

Horrible doctor. Needle in my muscle and crying because of the pain and keep saying move it. I couldnt because the pain was so bad. He only pushes medication.

The front desk staff completely rude. Trying to get refill on important meds. Called a bunch of times and finally was told they would call it in. Went to cvs was not there. Called the next day was told the doctor didn’t have a place to send it told them Walmart later that same day I went to Walmart wasn’t sent over. I called and the lady was so rude they are busy I get it everyone is busy no need to be rude over important meds.

Was told they were referring me to oncology and it wasnt done. Referral was never made. Called to follow up with them and I was left hanging. Wouldnt recommend this practice.

I am my mom primary caregiver and I go with her to ALL of her appointments and this is the worse doctor I have EVER been to Dr. Sandoz is absolutely rude has no patients with anyone who comes to speak to him or a professional tone about him Would not let us speak about what was going on and why we were here and did not seem to really care at all in my personally opinion if he can’t be patient with people who come in looking for help because they have something wrong with them then he should not be a doctor he will simply ignore you and throw a diagnosis out without explaining anything My mom was crying saying she wanted her life back because her memory has gone down hill and just wants help and he told her “well your not getting it back” In a very demanding tone of voice with no sympathy what so ever. The nursing staff was absolutely amazing and were very sweet but I would recommend you not seeing him. I could write a whole book of why he is the worse doctor when I spoke to him for maybe 30 minute.... or should I say listening to him speak sense he didn’t give me a chance to talk.... he always was telling my mother she had migraine and we were trying to explain that she has never had a migraine and wants to give her medicine that could mess with her heart when she had a heart attack already in the pass and has heart issues
