Worst place ever just left there the staff is very rude and will try to Make you feel uncomfortable for not having enough medical knowledge they didn't give me no meds for my pain DR. KING said he would and never did only came in my room once never checked to see if I was OK and sent me home and I now have a bill for 356 just for sitting on the bed for all that I could have googled my problems google would have done better ..... go to South strand at least they try to cross out all possibilities.

My grandson for the 2nd time of having a fever with a seizure was discharged with 102 temperature in January and had to take him to grandstrand where they admitted him n again as of May 7 we took him to conway twice and he had a seizure again and released him so we took him back to grandstrand where they found out he has an infection on his chest and gave him antibiotics and now my poor baby is going back to the hospital because he can't breathe nor talk conway medical is the worst hospital here they need better drs in this place especially for babies n toddlers smh if I was dying take me to grandstrand never conway medical

I'm angry. When in complaining about pain last night. walk out with a cold or maybe even the covid once again if you want to get sick go to the hospital

My son tore his ACL and Miniscus,being he is in school and 3 hours from home we relied on Dr.Andersens orthopedic team to care for him,based on recommendations from CCU's health services dept.Couldn't have been a better experience.Follow up at his office was exceptional. We arrived early every visit because of hotel checkout times etc....Never waited more than 15 ,minutes,even being 45 minutes early for appointments.

Horrible experience! The staff were rude and actually used foul language loud enough to hear in the waiting area, and there was a child there! Then when nurse Chestnut saw me, he would asked a question then interrupt with another before you could finish answering. Just an all around physician and medical center. Do NOT go there if you're looking for a good doctor the area

I took my husband to the emergency room on April 20th. He came in with chest tightness, racing heart, and high blood pressure. We were very unhappy with the care received. Our nurse Carly put an IV line in and it was causing extreme pain and she couldn't get blood to draw from it. She left it in and had lab come to take the blood, but left dirty needles on the bed under his back and on the tray next to him. There was plungers with blood left on the tray. When we arrived there was a rag on the floor with bodily fluids on it. After half an hour I finally got someone to agree to take out the IV. The doctors scrubs were torn. After the IV was taken out we didn't see anyone for about 2 and a half hours. He was given aspirin and then released without addressing brining his blood pressure down which was still very high when he was released. I would expect much better professionalism from an emergency room.

Horrible experience with the nursing staff here .. I caught on camera some racial discrimination. There was one nurse by the name of Erica won’t give last name but I have video recordings of her being very rude and unprofessional towards a patient that was in a obvious life threatening situation at one point I reported it to HR and still waiting for a response from the videos sent in there’s also a surgeon by the name Epstein that completely disregards the safety of his patients prior surgical history and showed no compassion to his patients …even having on video a nurse calling him a dish bag. I would recommend skipping Conway medical and going straight to grand strand !!!

EMT "diagnosed" condition and dismissed patient input; not a doctor. Patient was left in excruciating pain with only tylenol provided; improper pain management and patient input was dismissed. Critical care unit nurse said, "Oh stop, you only cry out in pain when I'm in the room"; lacking empathy, bedside manner, and professionalism (revised from "wtaf is wrong with you" to "you are a total piece of feces; your last two brain cells must be competing for 3rd place to be that heartless; you're an ankle...3 feet lower than a see you next Tuesday); patient input was dismissed meaning yelling out in pain repeatedly for hours.Transferred to different unit, mottled skin noticed, (if your skin is mottled, that means tissues are dying without blood flow and it may be already too late). Bilateral iliac (?) thrombi went undiagnosed for approximately 20 hours until mottled skin was observed; not all necessary testing was initially completed with incomplete results provided to doctor.For the staff who tried, thank you for all you did.
