I love Dr. Alston.He is kind,answers all of my questions, never rushes me,and he remembers everything. He will look at my test results one time and he knows them forever. I am very glad I found him. I also love Helen at the front desk. They are a great team.

We moved here last year and we were looking for a Doctor which was very interesting with quite a few offices responded we are not taking new patients at this time. Dr.Alston's office excepted us with no problems. Dr.Alston listens to what questions we had and gets us the answers we need.

Some of the comments about Dr. Alston are really disgusting. How can he be blamed for your spouse being addicted to pain pills? All he does is writes the script. I'm pretty sure your spouse has to get dressed, start the car, drive to the pharmacy, wait in line, pay, get back in car and drive home. At no point in the process was Dr. Alston there shoving pills down anyone's throat. There were multiple opportunities for spouse to do a u-turn and not even get the pills. Most of all, if you or your spouse didn't want narcotics prescribed, why didn't you tell him the very first time you met him that you wanted to avoid all narcotics. Your spouse's chart would've been flagged and no scripts given. Addicts and alcoholics must be their own advocate and protect their sobriety and recovery. Spouse must have asked for the meds and even if he didn't, certainly can't blame the doctor if he keeps getting the scripts filled. In conclusion, Dr. Alston didn't take your spouse, your spouse went to great lengths to do his part in obtaining the pills.

I have been seeing Dr Alston for over 20 years now. He has been more than knowledgeable and helpful in my treatments. His staff has improved tremendously over the years. The office is always clean, and relaxing. I have never been prescribed any pains meds from him; he has recommended alternative solutions. He is truly a genuine man, who cares about all of his patients and treats them with much respect and their good health is top priority.

There is so much wrong I could say about this doctor Dr. Cornelius Alton but I will let his medical record on LLR.GOV speak for itself. Being nice and caring does not mean being responsible and having empathy in doing the right things concerning HIS patients. Although Dr. Alston has been thrown out of Conway Hospital for being an alcoholic caught again and sent to a rehab- should I say more. Abandoned HIS patients by not following proper procedures concerning their health when he was in trouble and about to lose his license. Allow LLR.GOV tell you the truth about this doctor. Go at your own risk.
