Had to wait an hour and a half in a cold office while he talked to a medical student outside the door. He didn't take five minutes for my visit. No care for time of the patient.

Dr. Sutton is a phenomenal surgeon! I would 100% recommend him. I had a total thyroidectomy on April 6th and my incision is already blending into the natural crease of my neck. Not only is the incision minimal, but I had a 15 cm thyroid and Dr. Sutton was able to remove it with no major complications. I know I still have some healing to do, but I’ve been really impressed with his skills as a surgeon and overall professionalism.

Called for an appointment as I just moved here and they would not see me without a referral. I just moved here from out of state and have blood coming out of my ear and they just kept saying you need a referral. When you are concerned about this problem and there was no care or concern just you have to have a referral. Very disappointed in the customer no service

Dr. Sutton is an exceptional health care provider. We are thankful for the excellent care, all the way around, that he provided for our 3 yo child who needed surgery. We recommend him with our highest regards to friends and family.

Updated: once I got called back to a room they were efficient. The rooms are very clean. The PA was very very nice and professional. I did not have to wait in the lobby a long time. Original post: Well. I've been rescheduled twice. This morning I called to double check my appointment was TODAY. I am an hour away. Office called me back and confirmed. I get here. The front desk says my appointment is next month. I showed them my phone call history showing someone returned my call this morning and told me to come today. They argued with me that was a call to reschedule. It was NOT! So the PA is going to see me. I handed the girl my ID and drivers license. She never apologized for the confusion. So RUDE. Waiting now. Will update with PA experience. Front desk is super rude just as other reviews have noted.

My first visit was yesterday. I did have a little wait but that is to be expected when you’re dealing with a surgeon as your Doctor. It was definitely wait the worth to see him. Dr. Sutton is very personable and really listens to you. He is super thorough and explains things very well. He has a great bedside manner. Not to mention he’s easy on the eyes also 😊 His nurse Patricia is super sweet and extremely nice. Check out was easy and quick. Next appointment in 6 weeks.

Dr. Sutton is an exceptional health care provider. He was very kind during our visit with our 3 year old, for chronic issues he was having. Naturally, we had been on the fence about whether surgery was the best option. He listened, provided options, and we knew that he genuinely cared and was happy to help walk us through a care plan. He is compassionate, providing sound advice, and allows time for questions and answers. He is on time for his appointments. He came to talk with us before and after the procedure, putting us at ease. He follows his patients appropriately after the procedure. His office staff are all very courteous and kind. We always recommend him to anyone who asks. Many thanks to Dr. Sutton and his team.
