This Dr is the best my mom had. Problem is they always wanted to give appt at appt and we told them I'd call back if it didn't work with my schedule and then during COVID schools closed down on early Friday so Mom had to cancel Monday appt, giving about 72 hours notice ( only 24 required). Called to schedule appt and she was told she cancelled too many appointments and were releasing her as a patient. Love this Dr and would love them to call her back about taking her back as their patient....Becki C

This was the first Dr. I trusted with my life, but boy was I wrong. He was ok for a year or so, but something happened to him that changed him and his staff because most of the NPs have left his practice. He dropped me as a patient after 3 years without any warning or anything. He left me with no medications (which later caused me to have seizures coming off of because he wouldn't return my calls and the office manager literally said "Oh well, go to the ER" when I tried to talk to her) Then, attempting to finding a Dr I am comfortable has always been extremely hard, but now it's even harder because of what ol' dr. Joe did. Don't like that smile and his literal inner desire to be a performance clown fool you. He's a horrible doctor that doesn't want to help you when you really need it and will drop you like a hot pan he picked up out of the oven without pot holders, just so he doesn't have to deal with you.

I've been a patient with Dr. P for almost 10 years. He's Intelligent, knowledgeable and caring doctor. Extremely respectful, light hearted and more importantly, a fantastic person. I'm blessed to have met him. The same can be said for his staff who is friendly and supportive. The kind of doctor office visit you don't dread going to.

The highly experienced Dr. Papotto has been a blessing to me and my family for around a decade now. He has been a model physician in showing true interest in getting to know his patients. The way he presents himself never fails to put a smile on a face. Always giving valuable advice and reassurance of whatever difficult situation may bring you in Life in a blender. 10/10
