Dr Malone is the BEST gastro I've ever had (she was #4) She saved my life. She found blockage causing pain, when no other gastro could. She cares and she will get to the problem and solve it. Her nurse, Betty, is also great and very quick to return calls. Call for appointment immediately, it will probably be months out, because word is out how good she is. I only give the review since I have moved from the area and in search for new Dr that is half as good as Dr Malone. Don't settle for a gastro that isn't helping you.

While I don't doubt Dr. Malone is an excellent physician. My issue is with the billing processes involving the coding of charges and the lack of assistance when questions arise. CMC has rather questional billing practices that don't consider questions from patients favorably. This has forced us to not use Dr. Malone in the future for treatments or procedures.

Megan Malone is a ok dr her workers not so much . They lost my test results and I got up upset with them . I never cuss them or anything but they said I was verbally abuse them . I told them they should check up on my test results and not just assumed they would get them . It was nurse Cassie they would have assumed they would get them .

Dr. Malone was compassionate and thorough with my husbands care in April 2018 when he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
