We have been patrons of Rivertown Family Medicine for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Alford and her staff have provided the highest quality of medical care available all the hill remaining warm and friendly. Trust is crucial to me especially when it comes to my doctor. Dr. Alford and staff have never failed to help us when we needed it. They go above and beyond by teaching us how we can stay healthy and personally participating in plans and actions for our well being. Can not recommend Dr. Alford and Rivertown Family Medicine highly enough. They are worth every cent and more, thanks!

Whenever I need to speak to someone concerning my health the phone is picked up and a real person answers. Usually its Dr. Siena Shields that I talk to, however the staff knows who I am and what I am dealing with . I feel confident that I am in very good hands with a competent supporting team. Thank you to the Dr. and her entire team. Kudos.

Dr. Alford has a very nice way of putting you at ease. She explains everything so that I really understand what she is talking about. I would recommend her to anyone who feels they are just a number and not receiving the full attention of their Doctor.
