Dr. B is amazing! My husband has been his patient for over 3 years and I accompany him to all visits. He is like doctors were back in the day and spends as much time as necessary with the patient and explains everything clearly without rushing the patient thru. He takes the time to learn about the patient's other medical conditions & medications and has suggested changes. He referred my husband to a sleep lab so that he could get a C-Pap machine and now my husband sleeps much better and doesn't feel tired in the afternoon. During one visit, he discovered that my husband was in A-Fib and immediately got hold of his cardiologist who was out of state at a conference and then passed on instructions to my husband.

We have been calling Dr. Balachandrans office the past 2 days waiting for him to write prescription for insulin. EITHER the receptionist didn't tell him we have been calling OR he doesn't care about his patients. He hasn't been in his office in 2 days. This is the absolute most unprofessional, non caring doctors office I have been too in my life. Don't go here for treatment if your diabetic. They don't follow up with refills, don't comply with insurance or pharmacies and apparently they don't know how to use a fax machine. It's now Thanksgiving and my fiance may be spending the day in the emergency room with ketoacidosis because this doctor couldn't stop long enough to fill out a prescription for alternative insulin his insurance would cover.

Worst care from a healthcare provider. Been waiting 3 weeks for a new script and he can't stop long enough to write a script that my plan covers

I have been seeing Dr. Balachandran for many years. He is a wonderful Doctor who cares about you and your health, and spends as much time with you during a visit as needed. He is patient, kind, very knowledgeable in his field, and treats you with the upmost respect.

He never calls you when he gets your test results back. You have to almost harass his office bye calling multiple times before he calls you back to get the results!

Have been Dr B patient for three years. The most informative and caring doctor I have ever had. He has helped me form a plan for my possible transplant He is never in a rush although he is very busy! Always accessible. If you have a kidney problem. He is your guy
