I’m only giving 4 stars because the nurse and doctor were outstanding. Not so much the girls at the front counter. They were on personal calls, on speakerphone, while patients were in front of them

Couldn't have had a better experience the doctor was very through and very helpful I would recommend this place every time even the staff up front was very helpful when I was having trouble with my insurance (no surprise there)

Worst care I've EVER had. I've been to other doctors cares and this office is nothing like the others. The try to force tests on you that you didn't consent to then ignore you with empty rooms and an empty waiting room. I'll be going to urgent care next time in conway

The staff (on a Sunday prior to closing time) was so efficient and so caring. The provider - Christine - was very kind and did everythingin her power to diagnose what was going on with my son. We are new to the area and I had read a positive review (on social media) about this particular location. The woman who wrote that post was spot on - I'd recommend this clinic to anyone. My son and I left long after they had closed and I was thankful the staff was so wiling to stay for us.

I have never had a bad experience with this location. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes-and that included X-rays!

hello-it was fine-i had to leave could not wait 4 hours-still have the ear ache he did nothing for-had to go back 3 times to see a doctor- could not make a visit by computer- still have the ear ache-he did not treat it-it isn't Doctors Care that is the issue the nursh had no bed side manner i'm 84 can't walk she never assisted me- the doctor never did anything for my ear ache.
