Dr. Mills gave me a cervical injection for the painful arthritis in my neck. Dr. Mills has a wonderful bedside manner and stated he believes the injections should help me. I will follow up with him in 2 weeks. I hope it works for me.

Dr Mills was kind caring and very through . Highly skilled surgeon that explained everything to me. I am looking for a permanent fix for my back. If not possible I will go to Charleston to the spine clinic for surgery to fix my back .

He was caring and so helpful. I admired him. His love of dogs touched my heart. He seems to be an excellent doctor. He is my doctor for sure and I would recommend him to anyone who has neck or back problems.

Dr Mill did extensive lower back surgery on me 2 mo ago. He installed 3 spacers and a new devise called Minute Man. As part of the healing process I also received a device called Orthoflex this device is designed to speed up the healing process and is a bone growth device. prior to the surgery I was only able to walk with the aid of cane. As of now 1/21/24 I am able to do anything necessary with no pain., I feel I'm on my way to a full recovery. Thanks to Dr Mills and his staff and the wonderful care I received at Conway Medical Center.
