I’ve been seeing Dr Rowson for almost 7 years now. He has never disappointed. He takes his time and cares very much about his patients. He’ll do anything to help you get better. Wonderful Dr!!

I had a lot of respect for Dr Rowson until recently. I have been a patient of his for 12-15 yrs. I was told by Dot his wife and office mgr that they were moving back to their old location that was located where the old CHS Urgent Care used to be . I never knew they were going back to musc facility. I and his other 2000 ptnts were misinformed. Now he is in the office I was told by his new staff one day a week😳. You have to see the NP if you can’t see him. I have no problem with that but she doesn’t write rxs for you that are controlled that he wrote for me all these yrs. I’m very disappointed in you Dr Rowson to treat your ptnts like this. It’s insensitive and very unprofessional. I trusted you with my life 9 yrs ago and now it seems you blew me off along with others. It’s just not good medical care . I will be in search of another pcp but it is with a sad heart. Priorities are great but your patients weren’t included in those

Dr Rowson and his staff are wonderful. If you are looking for a doctor who will not beat around the bush and will sit down with you and talk about your issues, Dr Rowson is your guy. All of the nurses are excellent, always polite, never painful with the blood draws. And Mrs Dot at reception (Dr Rowson's wife) makes the office so welcoming. It is so refreshing to know your doctor and their staff, and have them know you by name, know whats going on in your life, and genuinely care. You just don't see that level of care very often anymore.

Dr.Rowson took great care ordering Test to treat my illness during my stay at Carolina Hospital. He was patient, caring, and explained all the Test and Treatment of my medical condition. After my recovery and discharge, I searched the Internet for his Office. His Staff was friendly and caring when I called to make my first appointment.

I had hoped to make Dr. Rawson my Primary Care physician through the Urgent Care Facility near my home in Forest Acres. After how dismissive he was of me today, I have changed my mind. I literally told him, "I am in back pain right now, really bad." His response, "Well, you are gonna have to see someone else about that." Plus a lot of other side swipes and truly unprofessional behavior. I am so disappointed.
