I love my doctor ..

Excellent doctor and the office and everyone there was great! Took their time to talk and care about my health, options and needs. I hated moving! Would absolutely recommend!

Dr Suffrant is the absolute best ob/gyn I’ve ever seen. Awesome bedside manner as well as being patient with answering any questions I might have. There is a slight wait, but tell me of a great doctor who doesn’t have that. She’s most definitely worth it.

I was referred to Dr. Suffrant's office by my GYN due to his concerns of doing my procedure in a small hospital and wanted me to go to MUSC. She told me like it was (which is exactly how I want my doctor to be), she addressed my concerns, and asked if I had any questions. She never sugar coated anything or tip-toed around anything and I am very grateful for that because I would rather my doctor be honest than say they could do something when they weren't confident. She said it was a major surgery, but that she was confident with it.

She is awful and rude. Treat you as if you don’t matter only in for the money. I will not be returning going somewhere else! Bed side manners SUCKS! She don’t do procedures well went to get a Pap smear she wouldn’t even bother to do it (WOW) didn’t even know she was expecting til after I had my baby! Terrible whole entire time she didn’t bother let any of her Patients know. Advise anyone to do their research on OG/GYN she is awful Doctor simple. Will DEFINITELY NOT BE RETURNING. Not even my life depended on it.

First of all this review is rated base on overall service. I totally agree, Dr. Suffrant has great bed side manners. However, i wasn't please with the process of service. I was scheduled to have a vaginal scope, pap smear and biopsy at the hospital, only to find out at my post op office visit the vaginal scope procedure could not be done because a tumor is blocking my cervix entrance. She said she did the pap and biopsy but when she looked for my results they were not in my chart. I left and called back a week later, still no results. I was still billed for the entire procedure even though it wasn't completed. A year later and i still don't have my results and im making monthly payments on my portion of that $24,000 bill. I rate her office low due too the lack of ethics demonstrated when submitting charges. Also for the incompetence of staff who failed to provide the required information needed for a scheduled post op visit.

Dr. Suffrant is one of the best doctors any woman could ever ask for. She is very thorough and really cares about her patients. She has a very sweet smile and great beside manners. Falecia Gregg

Very nice but extremely lazy, I had to call the office several times to get my prescription called into the pharmacy. On my 6 weeks postpartum checkup she did not bother to check me, only recommended birth control

The office staff is the worst that I have ever encountered. Incompetent to say the least. They will over schedule...reschedule...cancel the rescheduled appointment, and send a text reminder for the next scheduled appointment. When you arrive for the appointment and present the automated text sent the day before the appointment, the lady at the window nonchalantly states.....oh yeah, I don't know why they sent that. We don't use that system anymore. Clearly the system is still activated! The patients time is just as valuable as the doctor and the staff. Please do some staff training, as common courtesy and respect is definitely lacking. You lost a patient!
