I wish I could rate this facility with a zero star. Their front desk personnel is extremely rude. They rush to get you off the phone. The nurses do not ever return calls. Prescription refills, call ins to the pharmacy, insurance prior authorizations, etc are never completed. It is a major hassle dealing with this facility in general. I do not know where there lack of communication breakdown is coming from but this location needs better management. Poorly operated. I have moved my little family of 5 to a different group outside the McLeod group.

Dr Shelton has been a wonderful primary care physician for me for several years now. An excellent listener, leaves no stone unturned, she has always provided excellent care.

I love Dr. Shelton. She always greats me with a smile and makes me feel right at home. She listens anytime I have a concern and gets to the bottom of whatever is going on.

Dr. Shelton is an amazing doctor. She has been my primary doctor for 5+ years now, and every single visit is always pleasant. The front desk staff is welcoming, and help me with everything I need from start to finish with ease and kindness. I was seen at the exact time of my appointment, and did not have a long wait time.

Nice Lady, but it takes 2 days to get prescriptions. She won't find alternate for a prescription that will cost $1000 month. I've been waiting a week for a skin cream to be turned it. She won't do hand written scripts for me to turn in. Mcleod has excellent surgeons. I went to her, so I could stay in Mcleod network, while I live in NC.

I absolutely LOVED having Heather Shelton for my doctor! She was always friendly and considerate. The nurses were also very friendly. I always felt like I was in the best care possible with her as my doctor! If it wasn’t for moving, she’d still be my doctor.
