Actually getting the treatment I wasnt recieving before I moved. Hope health at fmu has really helped me.
Almost impossible to get them on the phone
Wouldn’t suggest healthcare here with Megan Bennet. Will milk you for office visits and tests. Then treat you like a problem when you haven’t had any treatment to your conditions for months even though you have done everything she wanted.I would give zero stars if I could. To the owner It’s not about being satisfied with an experience at this point. Its about the lack of compassion. It’s just stomach turning.
The atmosphere was good. I was treated like somebody By all employees. The NP Ms. Stanley renders her best of care and listens. I feel as though I picked the place thats just right for my health needs.
Went on a Monday and they were closed so a lady scheduled me for Tuesday morning. I go in Tuesday morning and the lady tells me that my appointment isn’t until Wednesday. She looks at me like its my fault. So I have to reschedule because I have class. Made 3 trips there just to get seen and I’m in pain. Almost impossible if you are working while in school.
till it happen too them then theyll want the same treatment that were asking
They have the most pleasant and amazing staff of doctors and nurses. Dr. Heather Page was wonderful and really listened to what I had to say. I very confident in saying that I am going to enjoy entrusting them as mine and my husbands primary care.
Very Bad doctors Nurses They have no idea what their doing. They have to Google your diagnoses. And the biggest of them all They will change yoiur drug screening so you will fail I would not recommend this doctors office at all. Hope health on irby is such a better place. Demarco Heather Paige have no idea what they are doing.
Horrible People If you want someone that doesnt no nothing about medicine this is the place for you to go Very unprofessional. Heather thinks she is cute and all she does is laugh when your talking to her. Dont know where the docs or the nurses git their degrees but they have to Google your diagnosis. You never get your meds on time. Dont go to this place.
If you like long wait times bad medical advise and surprising medical bills Hope health is the place to goMy Husband started going to Hope Health November 2016 to help manage his newly diagnosed high blood pressure. Because Hope Health was so close to his work he was okay with waiting 2 sometime 3 hours in the waiting area before even being seen by a nurse. besides the horrible long wait time hope health has to offer. It seems like they also enjoy offering no education to people newly diagnosed of high blood pressure and was surprised my husband has high blood pressure because he has a normal body weight. My husband wasnt given any print out or information about diet changes or life style changes before putting him on blood pressure medication. instead they told him to just come back in two weeks if your blood pressure is still high we will start you on blood pressure medication.fast forward 6 monthsWe finally get a bill from Hope Health after six office visit for the first time since he has been a patient. The bill was over 400 and included office visits since November of 2016. My husband was never charged anything at the time of his doctor and nurses visits and he even asked before leaving each time if there were any outstanding bills. How does a company not ask for payment for over six months? In addition Hope Health charges the same amount for a nurses visit as a doctors visit. I hope the nurses get paid well.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
