I started going to Hope Health Palmetto about 3 months ago. I have been treated with nothing but kindness an respect from everyone.My appointments only takelike half hr or a little more from start to finish.Carol Berry has listened to me with empathy an treated me like Im intelligent an know my body. I am facing several operations an I feel far more confident with her in my corner.. I am so grateful I picked Hope Health.

Everyone was great up until speaking with the Pain Doctor she was horribly rude and had no regard for my care. Upon leaving she proceeded to place her had on my shoulder to literally push me towards the lobby door and that I wasnt allowed to ask anymore questions or speak with the other provider mental health no shes at lunch sorry you can leave now.Its ashame that people like her are allowed to work in Healthcare if you have no compassion for your job get a new one dont talk down to patients.

Very bad front desk service It felt like I went to a third country clinic Supervisor Ashley very rude and irresponsible and all.the employees from the front desk I felt discriminated.and rejected They requested me with a negative test from the virus Covid19 is not a law and its not required when Ive never had the virus. In order to see me Isnt that crazy?? I felt very discriminated by them.But its ok everything works for good for those who love the LordJesus Me

Always ridiculously slow. I drive my mom here and we spend 1 ½ minimum in the waiting room and another almost 2 hours in the back. There is no bathroom in the waiting area nor a vending machine. Be sure to pack snacks and drinks before coming here. 😤

2 wks ago I was called for an appt change. I sat there waited for 30 minutes before I left wo being seen for my appt. What a waste of my time
