Dr, Manuel Fonseca made a huge mistake in his diagnosis of me causing me immeasurable mental stress, loss of time for work, and loss of my freedom all without having looked at my skin, my throat, my ears, the pupils of my eyes, Never coming over to me at all!! He asked me why I was there?? He spent approximately ten minutes with me, left to go get the charge nurse and never returned ,yet he made a decision that impacted me greatly having never examined me at all!! He should be reprimanded and consequences imposed for his lack of professionalism, for engaging in fraud with regards to my insurance company and for lying on a legal medical report! I intend to report this Dr. to THE JOINT COMMISSION and the DEPARTMENT of HEALTH and HUMAN SERVICES! I have evidence of his incompetence and will be do everything in my power to see that this person NEVER does what he did to me , to anyone else!!
