Dr. Hsia is a very good doctor. He took time to discuss his plan for my treatment with me. His staff is very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Hsia to anyone in need of a urologist.

Initial visit didn't go all that well, but I contributed it to his having a bad day as he seemed to be greatly overworked. He is a wonderful doctor who really knows what he is doing and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Wonderful dr! Your wait time is long, but because he takes the time to listen and talk to each patient! I have been given wonderful care! So thankful for him and his staff!

Dr. Hsai is a really good Dr with a great bedside manner. The wait is sometimes long but worth it to get quality care. We owe him a lot, my husband is a live because he has a good Dr.

Most recently Dr. Hsia follow up care for his patience has been substandard. He is always rushed, unless he wants to perform surgery after that he discard the patient. His office staff receptionist and nurse are inconsiderate, unprofessional and disrespectful. Also. Inconsiderate of the patient . They are insulting. Dr. Hsia appears to be on overload and not providing quality care for his patient especially after surgical procedure that he recommends afterward there is no sense of concern for his patients. Very disappointed with his most recent care! It was inhumane, degrading and dismissive. It appears his over loaded case load has caused him to lose his ability to treat his patients as a human being.

I don’t leave reviews but today I have to say something. Pros, staff seems great. Doctor came off ok for the 5 mins I’ve seen him in three visits. Yes, you read that right. First visit was by appointment. He was on vacation. Why do I have an appointment with someone on vacation? Your guess is as good as mine. Ended up after a very long wait with someone like a nurse practitioner, very nice young woman, but not who I’m here to see. Still had to pay though. Second visit, saw the doctor. After a long wait he sees me, in and out. Also no mention of the mistake from the first appointment where he was gone. Third visit was today. After nearly a two hour wait from my appointment time, I was informed that he had to go to the OR. Why it took so long to let me know, I have no clue. If that was the only issue I could let it slide. But with only 33% job performance that doesn’t work for me. Since when is that ok. What other business in this country is 33% acceptable? And again, he works for the hospital, might not be his fault. But any kind of apology or effort to make it right could mean all the difference, I got nothing. I lost 3 days of vacation and a good amount of commission to go and see him 1 out of 3 visits. So I’ve decided to find another doctor and hope that the system they have in place is better.
