List of Roberto Miranda's Reviews
Dr Miranda is a good Doctor but the people at the front desk don't care about the patients why do they hire people like that they don't take time it just a job for them people come to the office because they need help
Very caring, understanding, Doctor! Takes the time to listen, and does not “rush” your appointment!
THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY ABOUT DR. MIRANDA IS THAT HE IS A GOOD LISTENER, HE TRULY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS, HE HAS A HEART OF GOLD, IS GENUINE AND THAT HE SAVED MY LIFE- BAILEY COX
My mother just recently started seeing Dr. Miranda after her doctor retired. I think Dr. Miranda is an excellent doctor that takes time to explain things thoroughly and give good plans of action to resolve issues. However, any organization is only as strong as its weakest link. The office staff is cold and uncaring. We were told to return for a shot a week after her follow up. We drove more than an hour to this office only to be told...after some unpleasant interaction that the office didn't have the appropriate staff employed and should not have been giving the shots to begin with. What I most didn't appreciate was the response received when I asked the young lady (working the front desk) how would she get the shot, since they couldn't do it and we had driven more than an hour to get there. Part of her response was "Well maybe you should find a doctor closer to where you live." The tone of delivery and the mere fact she was bold enough to say it was disturbing. I found that comment most rude and have since found someone else for my mother to see. We did not come there on our own. We specifically asked questions about how to return in our previous visit. We were following doctor’s instructions. So the level of disrespect received from the front staff was not warranted or welcome. We've allowed my mother to travel to this location as it has the least amount of traffic for her to deal with should she have to travel on her own. Please believe that moving forward, she will no longer visit ANY medical facility without someone accompanying her. I can only imagine how this would have turned out had she had to deal with it on her own.
Dr. Miranda, is a Doctor that cares for his patience. He listened to my concerns and make the best decision for my health. I will recommend anyone to Dr. Miranda. The staff are friendly and willing to assist you in anyway they can to help you.
Dr. Miranda is an excellent doctor. Not only does he listen to you but he explain everything to you so easy to understand. He care for my whole family I cant ask for a better doctor.
Dr. Miranda is one of the most caring and thoughtful primary docs in Florence. He takes excellent care of my elderly father. He spends as much time as needed and goes above and beyond to answer any questions we may have on a particular issue. He always comes to see my father when in hospital. Wonderful bedside manners. Can't say enough good things about him.
Es un excelente doctor y muy profesional en su trabajo.Lo recomiendo con toda confianza.
I do not care for going to the doctors office, and your screen by seeing a PA first. I have multiple medical problems all are very complicated and potentially intermingle. I have kidney failure, heart failure a pacemaker/defibrillator and I have Neurological conditions all of which I’m treated by a specialist in seeing every 4 to 6 weeks. The point in seeing a general practitioner is to have oversight for the conditions that may present and a specialist or not needed to care for the symptoms and the conditions of every day medical and health conditions. I drove a total of three hours to and from to see a doctor not a PA. It was an absolute waste of time.
He’s the best!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
