When I checked in at the doctor's office, a staff member put me in one of the rooms. However, I stayed in that room for one hour and fifteen minutes with no one coming to check on me ....no doctor and no office manager. So, I just walked out. I walked right past the front desk and walked out to my truck. There were ladies at the front desk and not one of them asked me where I was going. That was October 27, 2021 and I still have not had a phone call at my home as of October 29, 2021 checking on why I left. The office has my phone number because they called me prior to my appointment to remind me of the visit. I am giving them a rate of 1 or less because I have never had such an experience ever before in any medical office.

Dr. Strickland is the best doctor I have ever had. I don't like doctors in Florence because they never listen or take time for their patients. Dr. Strickland ALWAYS makes time for her patients and is the best Family Doctor in my opinion. She is very calm and will take as much time needed to address any situation. She sees my husband, myself, and our two children. My family and I all have major health issues and my youngest child is 6. She is way better than ANY pediatrician.I have been a patient of hers for 9 years and she has helped my family and I throughout many times. She is very passionate and knows her stuff! Thanks Dr. Strickland for being our family doctor and helping us through all our needs!

I became a patient of Dr Strickland when she was in the building behind McLeod's Urgent Care on West Palmetto a few years ago. She has treated me ever since and is the most caring and attentive primary care doctor you will ever find. She also now treats my wife and if she hadn't been so diligent we would not have found out my wife has cancer. She graduated with honors from medical school, but is way too humble to ever mention it. She really gets to know her patients and their isn't anything you can't discuss with her and if she doesn't know the answer to something she will find out. We just love our Dr Strickland and her wonderful nurse Devita. The rest of the staff is top drawer also - they don't miss a beat.
