I see some negative comments here and it is true that she had some issues with office especially during and after the pandemic. So have many practices. I have been with Dr. Brown for over 10 years and just love her. She takes time with her patients and listens. Unfortunately I just went for my 6 month check-up and her practice seems to be completely closed although my phone app had sent me reminders about the visit and I had confirmed. She suffered a severe personal loss last year and perhaps she is now making some changes. If she joins another practice I would gladly follow her despite this unexpected change and lack of notice. She is that good. I hope to find out something before I have find another primary care physician. It is not easy to find a doctor that cares and takes their time or that hasn't been swallowed up by corporate medicine. I have a little over a month before I need refills so I will give it a little time before I start looking.

Why does a docter give you a app and don't show up .. will not anwers the phone ( cell phone) will not call you back to get medication i wanted to know why we being treated like this a good docter wouldn't do ythis to there patient if they care at all

When I went to her for the first time in January, she check me out and listen to everything I told her. It was hard getting through to her by phone. Went back for an appointment on April 22, 2022 the office was close. She did not call to cancel my appointment. I sat outside for an hour and realize she wasn't going to show up. She has a wonderful personality but it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment, a prescription refill, or even to get someone to answer the phone. We had to find a new primary doctor for my mother.

Great doctor. She takes time to listen to my concerns. She is caring and makes sure I get my medicine without waiting for hours on response.

Dr. Brown is an excellent doctor! The problem is with her slack and unprofessional front office staff. Shannon works the front desk and is very unprofessional. She's often on her cell phone & it takes forever to receive medical records from this office. No one wants to do their job!!!! If Dr. Brown got rid of people who Dont really want to work and have a sincere passion to help others, her practice would run much smoother.

We called four times to get help for my dad, a current patient of Dr. Brown’s. It was a critical situation and we could not get the doctor or a nurse to call us back in over a week. The receptionist wouldn’t even schedule an appointment for my dad. We had to find a new doctor.

Unfortunately as much as I would like to give this provider more stars, I can't. I have never been to a doctor office where the doctor isn't documenting during the visit. The exam rooms lack the proper equipment and computers. The doctor forgets constantly to submit orders or refill medications. You have to constantly call and remind her and her staff . Nor does the front desk staff or nurse provide ...
